Install Tablo RIpper 2.4.3 (https://web.archive.org/web/20201023084217/https://github.com/cyclej/TabloRipper/wiki/releases/TabloRipper_2_4_3.zip)
Run Tablo RIpper to "pull" Tablo recording and save as .mp4 file Note Tablo is configured to record HD 720
Run Microsoft ClipChamp to trim and cut video. Output will be big as this program doesn't focus on compressing. Make sure output at 720
Run HandBrake to compress above file (use preset Fast 720p30?)
Blinds have an oval cutout at the top that fits into the clip at the top. If oval cutout breaks (open ups), I've cut a small piece of cereal box and affixed with duct tape and then hollow out the oval with a knife. Then insert the blind making sure it rests in the valley of the J formed by the right side of the clip. (The first picture is the Levelor clip. The second is a different brand but shows how it works).
If one of the blinds is not in sync (does not turn) with the others, remove the blind, turn blinds until the failed clip is exactly facing you (slightly more than the picture), take a pliers, push the clip upwards (removes it from the track), turn blinds until all clips are facing you, pull clip down, reinsert the removed blind. ref: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sc4UUdK1k7o
